Stars, I asked PTS about that. In their replies they informed me that Euromillions tickets are puchased in Great Britain. You are correct that they run the cards in Spain and they also informed me that there has been no change in that. Early on I thought maybe they'd changed countries for credit card processors and that my banks were blocking transactions from the new country, but PTS told me there have been no changes on that front.

I bought from pTS one week on one computer. Tried to buy last week on a different computer - was denied. They say the charge company won't accept it when you change IPs. I wound up saving $20.00 and they wound up losing $20.00. First company I've seen that sets up a system so they can turn down repeat customers with a valid password.

The last two weeks I have had no problem with PTS with my Capital One Mastercard, hopefully they will fix their problems for everyone else...I think I read that PTS runs the cards in Spain, are the tickets from Spain also? I always wanted to go (or send the lawyers) to Spain this time of year...BTW, I hit last night 2+1 for $12.62.Stars

Also who issued your cards and what was the failure. When I tried a bank of america issued card boa stated no attempt was made to even charge the card it was declined automatically. Only other broker I found was OSA but they want 5 weeks at a time not tickets for just a single drawing. When I asked about payments they only stated that they would have other payment arrangements in the future.
