The worst lottery is California. Other than CA SLP and Mega Millions, the other lottery games are all computerized which made me not happy. I don't like NY's cash payout in their games.

Texas is just as fixed as Indiana, but perhaps they do let a few more people win everyday, but make no mistake it is just as Fixed , I know of no state lottery that is not.

There are more corrupt lotteries than Indiana ............... BY FAR!!!

At least the last 2 Indiana state lottery commissioners haven't mysteriously committed suicide like the last two Minnesota state lottery commissioners.

If there is ever a job for the FBI/CIA/whatever it is now, it would be to investigate every state lottery for corruption.
