Please for PA for those who have Platinum membership: please reseach when 278 came out for what state and how many weeks ago. It seems to me PA runs a week or two behind most states, for ex: 278, 399, all the good numbers are slow but there is a pattern. 468, 368, 299, 219, 379, should be coming out.
