I'm in this boat, also. I did go back and look at my state for the doubles - but do not understand the rest of the instructions. Can you further elaborate Zanbab please

This looks interesting but duh.....I just don't really understand it. First you go back 9 weeks for combined midday and evening draws and look at all the doubles and write them down, correct?If you are just doing the midday draw, you go back 18 weeks and write down the doubles? Then I get lost.........can you explain it line for line. The explanation is all jumbled together and is hard to track. Or maybe it is just my old mind not comprehending.

track the doubles, go back 9 weeks,for midday, and eve, for just midday or eve go back 18 weeks,aprrox, every 2 to 4 days a double will come up. plus a wheel is only 1.50. say last week count the numbers that came out the most,and least,say your looking for 9 to double and you see a 1 on top of 9 or a 0 below the 9. play doubles 990 991 119 009, you can figure by listing the digits vertical most hit on top to least going down count in 7day draws to do this, sa...
