Thats a great story. Good for her. I go into Felixstowe near Ipswich over that way quite a bit and although I'm not in town long, I do know that the folks are all great over there. At least the folks I have already met there. She's done a good deed for that home. It will no doubt come back to her if she was ever in need.

No, she did not have to gamble, she choose to play her state lottery. It's not as if she blew her pay at a casino or at the races, or in bar, leaving her children hungry. She simply spent a few dollars playing her state lottery, the revenue from which is used for the public good. And, when she won, she decided she would like to spend some of the money on a worthy cause. EVERYONE IS A WINNER

damn. i hope even more riches come her way. and i hope that all those who are stuck in that nursing home are taken care of. that's beyond pathetic that a nurse has to gamble in order to ensure that residents are properly taken care of. somethings wrong at that nursing home.

An Ipswich nurse will fulfil a promise to buy some new wheelchairs for the nursing home that she works at, after winning a million dollars in Gold Lotto.
