			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks powerplayer. You need a  sometimes  in your poll. lolTexas Pick 3 began in Oct, 1993. I don&#x27;t think they had pretest (PT) until April, 2002, when mid-day started. TLC changes the ball sets approximately every 6 months, sometimes longer. A couple years ago, they actually used 17 sets during the 6month period...rotating them daily. Currently they are using 10....just changed in November, 2005. The more they use, the more they think it is randomly drawn...I guess.
