Lots of times it is caused by people who don't know how to insert images into their e-mails. They end up inserting a link to an image on their hard drive, which of course only they can see. (The recipient obviously has no access to the sender's hard drive.)The sender needs to attach the image to the e-mail, which places a copy of the image into the e-mail. It should only be either a GIF or JPG image type.Hope this helps.

You have to be using a browser capable of displaying that image.You have to have your browser enabled - some browsers disable image display to prevent porn images.
