			<description><![CDATA[<p>there are 2 tips I would like to share...1 excel  grid if you would like to use excel as  graph paper A. click on the epty block beside the A column marker and above the 1 row marker (this selects the whole sheet)B. set uniform column widths by selecting the line between A and B and dragging it left or right, it will display a width by the cursor in lenght and pixels (pixels are important for this) set it to 20 pixelsC. set uniform height by selecting the line between 1 and 2 and dragging it up</p>]]></description>
