I usually do my own workoputs first and then come to L.P. and check to see how many great minds think alike . I view only a few because I can only play in Fla./Ill. and I must say that I REALLY appreciate and benefit from Jani Normans follow up #'s. It's amazaing how many #'s come from the list when they match my workout boxes. Thanks Jani.
