			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was just searching the Tx Lottery website and came across something very interesting in their scratch off section of the site.  I don&#x27;t know of anyother states that do this.Each instant ticket comes in a certain number of tickets per pack right?  Well in Texas they guarantee a certain amount of winnings in each pack of tickets.  They GAURANTEE a certain amount.  That amazes me.
