Lottery Lade, IMHO you don't need to count carbs but eat carbs low in glycemic index and high in fiber....I'm not a real doctor, but I play one on the lottery board Doodess

LAVERNE MALONEY,I chose that avatar for the same reason because I also use a pencil the first time and if what I've done is worth doing more than once I write a set of of instructions for my computer to do it. Since I use the computer language BASIC it's like instructing someone in English to do a job, I give the set of instructions a name and save them. I have used pick 3 filters before completely by hand with a marker and paper without any software and won boxed.I have also used notepad or wordpad in almost the same way, but I can and have also used software, now-days I use software more often than not.

We have the same avatar. I chose that one because of the pencil behind the ear. I do not use lottery software or other programs when I figure #'s. It's all done by hand. The only software is the #2 soft lead pencil.

Hey there lottery lady, to answer your question it depends on the diagnosis that the doctor has made. Meaning what type of diabetes one has. There are many factors here concerning the amount of carbs that one should have.I will Private Message you with some websites that are very good at explaining the types of diabetes how to discuss this with your doctor dietician.
