You can also add '012 or '051 or '000 and it will show up without any problems.

Excel and leading zeros

I don't use Excel but have seen this mentioned a few times here at Lottery Post. The fact that Excel won't display leading zeros. So a pick 3 number such as 012 will only show up as 12.This is an excerpt from the MS article about it.
