			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think that is ridiculous, but most likely it&#x27;s legal.  Sometimes it&#x27;s best to check the rules before playing a game.<br /><br />There is one way you might get around it.  Got to a mail center in Georgia, like a UPS Store or something like that, rent a box, and use that address for your entry.  Those addresses are street addresses with a number on the end of them, so it won&#x27;t raise a red flag like a P.O. Box would. There is a 2nd chance drawing; however, you have to sign up for it online.  Well I go to sign up and you can only be a GEORGIA resident to have a 2nd chance.  This is unfair to those loyal customers that cross the border to buy tickets.</p>]]></description>
