			<description><![CDATA[<p>If I read what I think is the simplest request, the solution is ruther simple.<br /><br />column M to V  =COUNTIF($E3:$G7,M$2)<br /><br />the countif range is row 3 to 7 but the monthly range is 3 to 6<br /><br />so we must change the countif range row 3 to 6,<br /><br />If the objective is to retain the original formula, all one would have to do is keep that formula on a second sheet. Then simply copy and paste it back to the main work sheet. Soooooo just insert 2 more worksheets.name one weekly and one monthly and set up your same formulas to keep track of the last 7 or 14 if you have a mid day drawing and do the same for the last 30 or 60 in your monthly worksheet<br /><br />Still don t have a clue what you re trying to do.<br /><br />Bob</p>]]></description>
