Iowa uses Illinois's results for thier's. I live in in Iowa. Also,

will be using your picks for a guide to play.

No problem!

I suppose it will work in cash 4/pick 4, but, you need more than just the power number 12 for pick 4.

You need to know how to use 12, 5, and 4. And they are all used in different ways.

They were on my list, but, not my winner list.

When I do all states , I play about 12 states.

These are the states.... ca, fl, ga, ill, sc, nj,

ny, misso, tn, pa, maryland, indy

Since now I know iowa and ill use the sa... [ More ]

Iowa and Illinois use the same drawings. How many states and drawings did you play those numbers in? I noticed Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Virgina, New York, New Jersey and others weren't on your winner list.
