			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ok have seen on many posts that members are having trouble with zeros in excel so here s a format that will work for you. highlight the column or row you want Leading zeros to appear<br /><br />Go to format /cells/number/custom/ then depending if you want leading zeros to appear on the pick 3 or pick 4 or any other combination just go to the  0  in custom and click on it then add two more  0 s for the pick3 or add three more zeros for the pick 4 then click  ok   that s all there is to it<br /><br />Good</p>]]></description>
