MUSL Hot Lotto just went computerized. As for Florida not having MM/PB, it was set to join PB in 1999, but Jeb took over as FL governor. However he has approved higher payouts for FL games.

thanks ryan..I'm actually having my mother purchase 20 QP's....duh...she's in PA. And Bush..well he is weird. One thing I dont understand is our budget is $153 mil for the year. Just in the past month it's been $70 mil..have no idea where they get $153 mil from.....

Jeb Bush won't let Florida go multi-state for some weird reason. However, he should probably change his mind seeing that Florida is the only lottery state that hasn't gone Powerball or Mega Millions, and since Mega Millions is closed to new states, Florida will go Powerball if Bush allows it soon.

I know FLorida is not a state included to play the Powerball, but living in FL are you able to purchase a ticket on here? Sounds like a dumb ? but people from Alabama and Georgia come here to Florida to play and there not Floridians. And hey, even if your an illegal alien you can play...they just take more tazes out (haven't figured that one out yet ). And does anyone know why Florida is a state not included
