I've read some negative things about the coin place, but it was all hear-say, i've never seen any proof until taydon's letter and to me it appears they're just playing by the rules they set. Nothing wrong with that! My dealings with them have been problem free. And believe me i've pushed them to their set limits (pick-3) and they came through without a problem. I'll be trying out betslip soon and we'll see how they step up to the plate

You are comparing a casino (coin site) with Betslips (lottery-only site). I'm just telling you from experience that lottery-only sites do not have the financial backing to offer phone support. There is nothing strange or unusual about it.

I've had good service from Betslips support - no problems here.

I have no clue.....all I know is the quarter has it..........Todd I do support betslips but it does nag at me.....

I don't go to any other sites but those two and I haven't been to the quarter site in months....so I don't know if CariXXX has a number or not...those are the only 3 I know of...... So I am not promoting the quarter site by any means.....I really am hoping betslips succeeds.

I would have to disagree with your last statement. I have seen very few sites of that type with a phone number. They mainly deal with e-mail communications because it's expensive to have a bank of people answering calls. If they were an online casino then yes, I would assume they would have a phone number, but I can't think of any lottery-only web site that has phone support. Can you

The only thing that really bothers me at betslip is that there is no customer service number, and they don't have a physical address.

One other thing slightly bothers me is that you have to post midday AND evening by noon.

I did contact them about a customer service number....and their response was they don't have one. Strange for this type of site.

It is not about defending anyone, but it seems they have some kind of user agreement and taydonet violated that.

And yes, the lawyer -talk is just so... sorry to say... so American... someone farths and another yells he'll call a lawyer. (but it seems more and more people over here, where i live, are heading that way to, something they don't like? call a lawyer, surely it will be anybody's fault but their own... sad

I don't like that web site, and I don't like their response.

Incidentally, all the talk about lawsuits is stupid. Anyone going spouting about bring a lawsuit against someone else is just blowing smoke. Most people don't even know a lawyer to call.

yeah it very funny, I dont find a reason why I have to look back all email account to find for account number and pickup the phone call in to get the password incase I just need 1 minute to create new account. in my point of view they put a trap for me to step on. so they can take money when I loose and dont pay when I win.

They can check duplicate entry, it very eazy just 1 line of code, why they dont do it ?

Sounds to me like if you were using a dynamic IP address you were trying to hid the fact that you opened so many accounts. Keeping you identifications secret. Regardless, looks like you were trying to rip them off ... now your cut off.

You don't have a leg to stand on no lawyer will touch the claim especially for a lousy 400 bucks gonna cost 2500 hundred or more to try and get something back that by all account doesn't belong to you if you in fact broke the rules.

I still think it is your fault. All online casinos only allow 1 account.

But I agree it is not fair they took money you lost.

If the account is not legal, it should be not legal for wins and losses. They should have stopped all activity right in the beginning and froze all but the original account.

Second: I'm not open them at the same time. the account is hard to remember they give out random number not the name i'm chosen. I loose all money and dont remember that nothing strange.

Third : they are too dirty, they let me put money in but not let me take out. OK if they decide not to let me playing so dont let me deposite .

The rule says that you can't have but one account to a household. When my husband signed up we had to get special permission. It's a security issue to have more than one account.

You mean you collected referral money on top of it. No wonder they blocked your account. They told me that I could not collect referral money on my husband's account.

You abused the bonus system. With 7 family members it's a wonder if you don't own them money.
