A lottery wheel is a net of numbers woven to catch a prize if certain criteria is met. Generally you load the wheel with your best chosen numbers replacing the wheel's place holder or pointer numbers with your picks. Sorry but you really aren't providing enough information or details. You don't even mention what lottery game you are playing? What wheel? Where did you get the wheel? What are the details for that particular wheel?

And lastly, read more posts here to better understand what you are doing. Don't just beg information, put some effort into it yourself too.

What are you using to create your wheel?

A chart where you plug in the numbers or a program where you enter the numbers and the program creates the wheel.

All wheels have a set of conditions that have to be met. The first condition is that you need to have 3, 4, 5, or 6 of the numbers that are drawn in within the wheel depending on the wheels match requirements.
