I had been playing 9066 in GA since the 0099 6600 0690 came out in TN.. They are mirrored states.. We will see that number in IL,IN,KY before long.. I am even thinking MD may pop it in somewhere during Feb..

As far as hitting any particular state, I recommend the vtracs approach.. Lessons are listed in my blog.

This keeps you focused to your state only, and provides you with less numbers to pick from...

this system is used for all states.. not just NY or any particular state..

Seems that combinations from the stacks in those five states listed bring on an evening pick 4 or 4's through the states..

Just something I have been observing for a few months...

To back track.. Pick a day using the Daily Numbers Game on menu bar.. and look at midday pick 3 draws for that state.. then look at pick 4 evening draws.. You will be surprised..
