Just from observation of states over lots of past results.. this number indicates to me keep playing 9999 and add 7777 to my play list...

I have played 6666 and 9999 for pick 4 across all states for the next few days. For some reason, I don't know if I am seeing the 9's and they are upside down... but the 6's and 9's are covered in my picks just in case.
