			<description><![CDATA[<p>if a number total 23, you have to use<br /><br />3, 13 and 23<br /><br />the numbers you will use to figure the next hit will be:<br /><br />003   012   049   058   067   111   139   148   157   166   229   238   247   256   337   346   355   445   599   689   779   788<br /><br />now, here is the catch, if i dont like a double, i will eliminate all of the above doubles.   using the other numbers or based on what the associate number is use the minus workout - for instance if i think 148, then i would do this.<br /><br />148<br /><br />037</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually this method is not new.  It has been around some time in two forms.  Notice that this is simply a +1/-1 workout.  I&#x27;m not saying it won&#x27;t work so turn off those flame throwers!  I&#x27;m just pointing out an easy way to do this is simply add one to each digit going up and subtract one from each digit going down (using the last draw).  I tried this in a couple of states a long, long time ago and didn&#x27;t have much luck, but it might work in some states.</p>]]></description>
