Why would Illinois ( A MM state) say anything about the PB jackpot?

A few drawings ago when MM was getting up there, from one drawing to the next it stayed a $55 million. I find that kind of odd.

Ohioans were going to Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Indiana to buy Powerball tickets last week now it's their turn to cross the boarder for MegaMillions tickets.

When I first saw the rollover of $203 million, I was very surprised. They had a rollover from $145 million to $175 million which is $30million. But from $175 million to $203 million is only $28 million. I wouldnt be surpised if the jackpot rises over $215 before tomorrow night.
