Florida can be a tough sometimes

WHY is it when combo start with 391,393,394,395,398 ,399,931,933,934,935,935 or 938 root sum 5 or 7 happens within 7 draws plus it uses a 5 or 7 in the combo in some cases? 390 makes RT.sum 5 or 7
