If you won 37% of the time this is what I come up with money wise:

When not playing doubles, there are 30 combinations to play. After 100 draws that would be 3,000 tickets purchased. On line that would cost (at 25 cents per ticket) $750. With 37% win rate, you would have 37 wins out of the 100 draws and with the minimum payout being $37.50 for a 25 cent ticket that would be a return of $1,387.50. That's a profit of $637.50.
