In order to have won, all 4 numbers would have to match any order. If you had played what had came out; you would have won $2700. $2500 for having 1500 str and $200 for having a double digit number boxed.

Thats why you didn't win because you don't have the same 4 numbers that was drawn.

For a Pick 4 to have 3 same numbers and be a 4-way it would have to be like 1000. That is a 4-way because there are 4 ways to play that combo ... 1000, 0100, 0010, and 0001. That would pay $600 no matter which order you played them.

The back of the playslip is NOT saying that if YOU get 3 of the 4 numbers called you win something. Normally in Pick 4 you have to have ALL 4 digits called in your number that you played.

Could someone please explain to me why this ticket isn't a winner?

My pick 4 KY # 0521 st/bx 1.00 for 3/1/06 eve draw

winning # for 3/1/06 eve draw is 1500

The back of the play slip states:

st/box 4-way: 3 same #'s, $1.00 min wager, $600.00 any order.
