Just look at the rules....keno games are usually paid in one-lump sum so you would get the whole $500,000 (minus taxes of course)

NY has numerous scratch games (including FOUR versions of Debt for Life) that are annuity-only. I would also avoid NY Lotto because the payback % is terrible.
