			<description><![CDATA[<p>For Megamillions, no. I doubt it will hit 300 and certainly not roll again once it passes that mark. It will be another year of disappointment for Megamillion jackpots.<br /><br />For Powerball it might hit the cap again at 390 but still can&#x27;t break a record because of the lousy annuity they have.<br /><br />I think the real winner this year on pots will be Euro Millions.</p>]]></description>
