			<description><![CDATA[<p>Even if you have the Pick-3 lead digit, it isn&#x27;t 36 numbers to play, it&#x27;s 55 unless you include choosing between triples, doubles and all different which means you either  lock  on the 36 and be wrong a third of the time or try to be correct in two predictions for the draw.
