			<description><![CDATA[<p>I used them for a second.lol  They are hard to get on the phone.  Western Union Swift Pay is not bad but it is pricey when you withdraw.  $15 per 100 but only $6 to fund.  You can get your money in an hour.  That&#x27;s why I use it.<br /><br />I pay the extra Western Union Swift Pay because it is easy and no problems and I get my money fast before I give it back.LOL</p>]]></description>
