			<description><![CDATA[<p>If I understand correctly the 123  system  is adding or subtracting 1-2-3 from the digits. So if you have 591 and applied +123 you get 614. Other good  systems  that work is the 1 digit up or down rule. It appears to work with frequency in all pick 3 systems.   Eg 741 today might show up as 742, 740 etc within a few days.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>okay here it goes i have been working on my system i just cant seem figure out doubles the way i want to. okay yesterday i hit for $50 last night i play about  $7 dollars worth of numbers. okay this is what i did. i took midday yesterday which was 992 then i did the +1+2+3 system to it then i took the 2 out of 3 number pairs and got the pair 63 then i took that and got last nights number which was 603. i just have a question how can i get doubles sometime the double numbers are present and somet... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/130041">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
