Well, actually it may be a better question if the question was only concentrated on what the best pick5 or pick6 2nd tier prize return on odds with or without powerball? Thanks.

Eg. Texas Lotto is 5/44, and PB 1/44, second tier prize of 5 numbers, no powerball is $50K. Which I think is pretty good return on odds.
