Texas has to be the hardest of them all as there is no pick 4 here, so it is not possible to hit it.

Wouldn't that make it easier to hit?

For example, if you had a drawing every hour, you would have 24 chances at hitting it. Whereas everyone else would have to wait 24 days to have the same opportunity. Maybe my math is wrong, but you get the idea.

Oregon because we have 4 draws. 1 at 1:00 p.m., 1 at 4:00 p.m., 1 at 7:00 p.m., and 1 at 10:00 p.m. Every day 365 days out of the year.-weshar75
