Well, it hit the 10x, but nobody won $2 million though. There's always next time. When they first brought this up when they mentioned the changes, they said that there would be more times than this one. Who knows? This could just be a trial run to see if they should make it permanent.

Certainly, I am glad to see 10X PP multiplier tonight as I hoped for those powerplayers.

I hope to see it again, in fact, as many times as possible, before the promotion ends.

There is six draws left until the end of march I think the 10x will show up at least once before the end of this promotion. I am powerplaying all my lines that I play in march but I would have done it any way because I play the powerplay option on my powerball tickets all the time.-weshar75

It ends only after someone hits the 10X powerplay, or sholuld I say, once the 10X ball has been chosen as the powerplay #.

As I said we the smart players know it is rigged and will come out to 4x or 5x most of the time, that is why we are supposed to power play hoping that we will then hit. But of course we don't match jack anyway, and our own knowledge was actually used against us. So twice as much money lost becaue we knew it was going to be 5x again, and prayed for 10x only to still not match any numbers...

If the wheel is rigged, then why so many 4x or 5x? The expected value is supposed to be 3.5 (temporarily higher because of the 10x). Since 20% of the first $1 is supposed to go to the lower level prizes, it does make sense that the expected value of the second $1 is 2.5 times that amount for those prizes, since that would make 50% (since the second $1 does not affect the jackpot).

Probably either the last day 3/29 because it is fixed to generate the most money possible, or then April. I think that wheel is rigged. Always 5 usually, or 4x. People know this though, that is why they buy powerplay.

I don't PowerPlay either. Of course, if the 10x comes up and I win any cash prize, especially the $200,000, that will annoy me.

Probably 10x being I did not powerplay tonight. Course I usually never do anyway. But most likely a 5x, or 4x.

Bradley, I like your idea! And Guesswhat, is correct as well.

I'm in this particular endorsement of powerup simply because I want to see if my players group can out perform our other department at work. We keep a monthly tab, and this would be the boast we need to be way out front on overall winnings! The other group has 21 people against our meagerly 4. So I think its an accomplishment in itself that we are still staying even or breaking ahead overall this year :)

The odds are 1:16 for EVERY draw this month and, if necessary, ALL future draws until it hits. There is NO handicapping this event just like there is NO truth to the fantasy of tracking anything that STARTS from a LEVEL playing field with each and every occurrence.

Yes I agree. I highly doubt that will be won anytime soon. They only gave it a few weeks and with odds of having it being hit (there is only one 10 on the wheel) it will be a long time before it comes up. What they should do it keep adding a 10 every week until it is hit, then that would give the players a more incentive to buy powerplay tickets.

I doubt it will happen anytime soon. In fact, the odds would say that they would have to extend the promotion. The odds are 1 in 16, with 8 drawings. According to the odds, they would have to extend the promotion until the end of April.
