The Luck of the Irish- I guess

My mother had uncanny luck- she would find money at the drop of a hat. She once won a lotto but so did 25 other people and she cleared on 25,000 anyway she was born on March 10- and she was a Pisces.

I always thought that was truly a special day and as fate would have it guess who else has that birthday
