			<description><![CDATA[<p>This idea has been pitched to lotteries before.  What would make things better would be if you could repeat letters, making it more like a 5-digit game.  That way, the odds would be 1 in 111,111 for the tprizes could be bigger, and the top prize could be a rolling jackpot.</p>]]></description>
