			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s not just lottery tickets, but any kind of information or promotions regarding lotteries or any kind of gaming is illegal to mail.  I guess the USPS is trying to stop the use of its facilities for gambling purposes.</p>]]></description>
