			<description><![CDATA[<p>With all the wacky things that have happened with other state lotteries so far I wouldn&#x27;t be surprised of anything they do!  That&#x27;s true for me.  I can&#x27;t believe the stuff I read about other state lotteries.<br /><br />Just because NC has had a time getting a lottery started when other states have had one in place for many years doesn&#x27;t mean that we need to continue bashing NC because what I&#x27;ve read right here on LP about the crap that goes on in other state lotteries it looks like NC have a helluv lot... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/131077/566384">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The new vendor notice for TV Stations mentions a requirement for building sets and providing draw hosts. That should mean that NC will use balls when they start up their in-state games in the fall. But I did think one unlikely, and scary, possibility. What if they have all that, but the draw results are sent from a Rig-O-Matic onto a monitor which the draw hosts then reads off. It&#x27;s probably not the case, but let&#x27;s not keep our guard down.</p>]]></description>
