I'm guessing that they will start selling them sometime in the morning, and not at midnight. Most lotteries go offline at midnight.

NC Lottery On-Sale Time??

I know the scratchers for the NC lottery are going to be going on sale on 3/30, but does anyone know if that means they will be on sale at Midnight on Wednesday or are they setting a particular time on Thursday morning
