and now here's something you'll really enjoy...

Below is the entire list of subsets of 5 unique numbers from the set of 0 thru 9

There are 252 subsets, but any 3 digit unique number can be found 21 times within the 252 subsets.

So, here's the math...

If you wheel any subset and it's mirror subset, your odds of getting a hit (when the draw is also a unique number ) 6 to 1.

PAURTHS..YES YOU COULD ADD 222-299 IN THERE ALSO and I do..I was just saying..if you transfer every combination that has a zero in starting with 000-099 and then do the samething starting with 111-199 you should end up with 488 combinations..that is almost half the set where every single one of the 488 combinations has either a 0 or a 1..lol..that is why you see so many zeros come out and ones in any place..xxx..I wasnt trying to confuse anyone..just shed some light on what sfillippo found..yes.... [ More ]

paurths

I have to agree with you. The thing about it is that mathematically, every trend evens out. If the majority one year has high numbers, it would be acceptable to presume that another year lows will be prevalent. It is a good thought to look at, but I am a believer that the true probabilities will even themselves out in the long run.

And the entire field of numbers is just 220, whereby, any number between 000 and 999 can be derived from the set of 220 numbers. Uniques, doubles and triples are all included in the set of 120. (typo) should say ...set of 220.

Definitely, on to something there, JAP69.

That is the way I select numbers for play. I will very rarely make plays higher than the 3 as lowest digit. The 4 as lowest digit will hit fairly good at times. But I only pick a couple plays when I think they are ready. Those higher than the 4 as lowest digit which I play will be consecutives when I feel they are ready.

numbers with the lowest digit from 0 thru 3 I will only play no match and occasionaly doubles when I feel when they are ready. But not to often on doubles.

Seems like a safe bet to not play HHH and especially not after a HHH unless the balls go crazy come back HHH again.

Here's a neat little tidbit I found today...

I was looking at two draw histories - Texas and Oklahoma.

Just playing around, I put each draw in sequencial order and made a list of the numbers above 500 to the right and the numbers below 500 to the left.

I was astonished to find out that both histories weighed extremely heavy toward numbers below 500.

20:1 odds that the draw, put in sequencial order will be below 500. This would be very usefull for box wins, and doing some final filter... [ More ]
