Computers and their programs are too easily manipulated. There is a far greater opportunity to arrange a certain outcome with a computer than with ball machines. Therefore, RNG machines should be outlawed!

We are trusting the people behind the computer to do the right things and you know what happens when we assume things are going right; especailly when politicians and/or their employees are involved.

Brilliant analogy IMHO!!

Mushrooms are kept in the dark and fed a diet of compost ... same with drawings that take place behind closed doors done by machines that come up with random numbers announced after the fact.

Seems I read somewhere but can't find the article that RNG's were originally developed to test whether the mind could have an effect on the outcome of test runs. Also believe that there has been some proof that it can in small ways.

Wow ... it's ironic that you say that because I hit in both California and Delaware on the same day last week at the Coin Site. I have to agree with you, though, in that it is harder to hit on computer draws in some states ..... or just computer draws in general. Computers ARE NOT as random as they are deemed to be.

I disagree with this statement, from the perspective that giving in to computerized drawings is the wrong approach. Computerized drawings are bad for lotteries in general, and true fans of the games should continue to fight their implementation.

You can bet that the lotteries will be (and HAVE BEEN) hesitant to switch over to computerized drawings, when people are so vocally adamant against them.

depending on the state it is harder to hit on computer draws than ball draws.i hardly ever get a hit in california,delaware or louisiana and all three are computerized.........

If anyone had a strategy that worked better with manual draws than computer draws, I can understand why they would prefer manual drawings over computers, but as with ALL things, we must adapt and evolve.
