That .032% is being charged to you by your crdeit card company, not Betslips.

Once you have enough money in your account you only get charged for what you are betting, bet $10.00 and only $10.00 gets deducted from your Betslips account.

It's the most user friendly program ever experienced.

I store the image in my documents and give it a name that I can easily identify later. Then upload the image easily because I know what I called it and then click on it and then click save. Then choose insert.

If you want, save the image in your desktop. Just as long you save it somewhere, where you can find it later on, when you click on browse .

When you upload the image using Image Manager, it is assigned a URL.

If YOU uploaded an image, the URL would be http://members.lotterypost.com/four4me/images/<imagename.xxx>

But when you use Image Manager, you never need to know the URL, because it is point and click

ok for the sake of this suppose i have an image and it's on my hard drive a disk, CD, camera, scanner or whatever but it has not been posted to any site on the internet. how are we to provide a url when no url is attached to an image.

please forgive me if this sounds stupid.

Lantern, you could never paste images into Lottery Post, so I'm a little confused about that point. (I built the website myself, so I know what capabilities there are and were.) You always have to specify the URL of an image -- that's just the way images work on the Internet. It's not Microsoft Word, it's the Internet.

You can't just copy and paste pictures. You have to post your pictures using a URL connected to another website.

Yes, that is what I was talking about.

Before the new site was up and with the old editor it could be done.

He could get a Premium Membership and upload his pictures to the free website included with the membership, but he is refering to a free spot to upload his pictures to. Premium memberships are not free .

The Lottery Post editor has all kinds of features to post pictures, and premium members even get their own private web space on the LP server to upload pictures

We could use one of the sites that I pay for but don't use often. I have 5GB of storage space and a good bit of bandwidth. Just let me know what you want to do. If nothing else, it would solve your problem until you find a good free site...if I start getting close to bandwidth/storage, then we can figure something out then.

And yes, NC is getting numbers games sometime, but it won't be fall until they come around.

I think that there are public sites on the net where people post their pictures for others to see and or download, i need to find some of them again or at least one of them, maybe with Google?

But your idea might be just as good, but not if you have to pay for the site, free sites are best as there is no money spent on any fees to nobody.

I will again some-time do some posting, I think, but it will be mostly perhaps pick 3 stats, I have tried before, but Todd does not allow pictures posted, instead they have to be linked to a site where you can post them at, I have to look for a good site where I can post picktures and have the links put here on my posts.

I wonder if anybody knows any good such sites?

Betslips doesn't charge any kind of fee like that. At least I've never been charged anything extra. I think maybe your credit card company added the fee, or else it has something to do with Click2Pay.

I have played at Betslips and they charged me $.32 cents for a $10 bet. So look at a charge of about .032% of what you are betting.

they charge u both. Think they say it's like 1% of your jackpot win or something like that, don't think they take 1% on small jackpots. also it's $2 a tickets dollar extra. it's in thier help section.

I am reading the help section on Betslips and it's not much help. Do they charge for the service? how much? Is it up front flat charge or percentage of your winnings or percentage of bets or amount in account. I cannot see any information about charges and that sends a red flag to me.Has anynone played online? If so how do they charge
