			<description><![CDATA[<p>A permutation is one possible combination of a set of numbers.  Using permutations would be a highly inefficient means of winning (i.e. paying for all possible combinations).  Even controlling for combinations which are in essence, equal (e.g. 1,2,3,4,5 and 5,3,4,2,1 in some games), the sheer amount of combinations presented is prohibitive.<br /><br />Predicting the lottery involves picking the permutation; it&#x27;s how to get there that&#x27;s the holy grail.</p>]]></description>
