Blackie, there was a long thread a while back where I showed how to determine when doubles were going to hit. I also gave many examples. You might search for that, but I think I have covered it in my comments above.

Another EXCELLENT indicator of a double next draw is a number with a 0, and the other 2 digits are ODD. Of course, if the other 2 digits were even, it would be a rare and also indicate a double next draw. But the 0 with 2 ODD digits is a strong indicator.

An example would be 103.

Yes, doubles are indicated. The previous Midday draw was a rare number and doubles often follow rare numbers.
