			<description><![CDATA[<p>guys, i feel that the lottery corporation makes research before posting the lower prizes payouts. Because imagine if they made a game that gives out 200 dollars for one ticket matching 4 of 5 in a pick5 game that goes from 1 to 35. Now what if they was a wheel that guarantee (just assuming) 1 ticket matching 4 of 5 using 27 numbers and you only have to buy 50 tickets (is just assuming, i don&#x27;t believe they have wheels like that).
