If your are counting on winning the lottery to then pay your bills, you are in big trouble as you might never win it.

If you knew how to win the lottery you would not have so many bills right now, unless you just now learned how to win it.

I think paying your taxes should have precidence over getting your lottery tickets. If you can't learn to control your finances now a lottery isn't going to help.

Claiming a trust won't release you from paying your debit.

Whomever you owe can only claim what you owe them, plus any interest or penalties. They cant sue you for more than what you owe.

If you win a jackpot you'll have enough to satisfy any debts.

lets say, I haven't paid my income taxes yet, or i have unpaid bills, such as credit cards, mortgages, insurance, etc. and suddenly I won a jackpot. Do you guys think my creditors would charge me a hefty fine for my unpaid bills just because they know I won a jackpot or worst sue me and hit me with some legal issues for a large amount of money now that they know about what I have, instead of just paying it of what I owe to them?
