Is 40 hits (box I assume) over ??? states (I assume) in 30 days well above average for a set of total 10 numbers? If that happened in only a few states I'm impressed. If it covers say 30 states, 30x10=300 plays per drawing, 600 per day if including Midday. What happens with other fixed digits other than 89

Cash34 and everyone - I took your number and ran some rundowns of the first two numbers and came up with some intersting results in previous draws. Basically I took the 7189 and dropped the first two digits by one and left the 89 alone to come up with 10 numbers. Like so:

7198 6098 5998 4898 3798 2698 1598 0498 9398 8298
