That reminds me of a scene from one of my favorite TV shows that only had one season on FX a couple of years ago : Lucky .

Lucky was played by John Corbett and upon winning the poker championship and the one million dollar prize, reporters asked him what he was going to do with all that money and his reply was lose it ...

I guess the reporter doesn't think a Honda Civic is a car that a millionaire would want to drive! Maybe she'll consider trading it for the new Civic Hybrid.

The 21 days is because it's not a state lottery it's a private corporation. Either that or they have low expectations of her health. I like how they say she drives a 2006 Honda and doesn't plan on buying a new car. Maybe because she already has one.
