There is nothing to stop people spending/wasting their money on alcohol. Prohibition created more problems than it solved. To be honest I think there will be more people for it if it came up for a vote again.  It all depends upon the Governor race.  If Riley or Roy Moore (the 10 commandments guy) get elected forget about it for another 4 years.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I voted &#x22;arkansas.&#x22;  That state seems to have the most activity at the moment.  See the news article  &#x22;AG certifies proposed amendment for casinos, lottery.&#x22;<br /><br />However, I doubt that any of the states listed in this poll will have a lottery within the next five years, if ever.  Certainly not Alabama.  If you think the fight over the lottery in North Carolina was ugly,  just wait until it&#x27;s brought up again here.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>None of the above. Utah&#x27;s Mormons are the main poulation, and they are anti-gambling. Nevada doesn&#x27;t need the revenue because they have so much coming in from the casinos. THe other states are low population states and the state wouldn&#x27;t make enough profit from them.</p>]]></description>
