Try this.

Edit Avatar Settings

Enter the URL of your own Avatar

Delete everything in the box and put this in.

https://www.lotterypost.com/members/users/tntea/images/tnteanewavatar.jpg

Make sure to copy the entire address.

You will have to scroll all the way to the right

Click on preview. Should show up as New Avatar Settings

Save New Avatar Settings

For some reason, yours is distorted. Maybe you didn't resize proportionally?

But you certainly understand how it all works. Just an oversight? Or maybe more practice is all you need. LOL

If you just uploaded a picture same as before from your camera, it is way too large. I have to make it a 64 x 64 avatar size. YOU can't do that without software. So, give me a few minutes to get it reduced for you.

If you want the other one I made, be sure to save it to your hard drive. I am going to take that one down from the net and put up the new one, as soon as it is ready.

OK.

1) The picture you put in your other thread is almost a meg. It's really way too large for forum posts. If all pics were that size, Todd would be broke for sure! :)

2) An avatar is only 64 x 64 pixels in size. So understand it will be tiny.

I'll do the work (assuming it is the pic in your other post?).

3) Right click the pic I made (below) (if you like it - if not give me instructions) and choose Save As...

4) Upload it to your LP webspace. Put LP webspace URL into the Av... [ More ]

I upload an image to imageshack, copy the url, then I go to my control center and paste the url in the image section. Hope that helps
